Hillside Cottages opened it doors in 2002. It is located in a beautiful part of Western Maine. We are a collection of cottages on seven wooded acres. Perfect for small families, couples or solo travelers looking to unplug, recharge, and explore. Wake up to the sounds of the forest, enjoy slow coffee-filled morning, and cozy relaxing nights. Known for four seasons, and natural beauty Norway Maine is a great place to enjoy the great outdoors.

Adventure at your doorstep
We are located close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Pennesseewassee Lake and Hobbs Pond are less than five minutes away where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, and enjoy the public beach area. Take in a round of golf at Norway Country Club. Enjoy any of the seven hiking trails within a 15 minute drive and in the winter you can explore over 40 miles of snowmobile trails. A short drive takes you to multiple Ski areas including Sunday River, Mt Abrams & Pleasant Mountain.
